Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required; telesales experience preferred.
• Active Life, Accident & Health resident license required.
• Other relevant experience considered: financial planning, retention, debt collection, business ownership, P&L management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads.
• Provide unbiased product recommendations by comparing top A-rated carriers to meet customer needs.
