Job summary

SelectQuote, Inc. is seeking a Life & Health Advisor to work with real-time, inbound pre-screened leads and deliver top carrier recommendations.

You’ll operate within a fast-growing, nationwide division focused on final expense whole life insurance products, with uncapped commission potential and a strong emphasis on sales performance. Employees enjoy a base pay plus commissions structure, extensive product offerings, and opportunities for leadership development.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience required; 1 year of telesales experience preferred.
• Active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license required.
• High school diploma or the equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred by some roles.
• Experience with financial planning, retention, debt collection, or P&L management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads.
• Provide unbiased recommendations by comparing top A-rated carriers to meet customer needs.
