Dover Food Retail is hiring for Assembler II – Final Assembly in Keosauqua, Iowa. This onsite role involves completing refrigeration case assemblies per BOM and work orders, using hand/power tools, and reading measurements to ensure quality. You will operate across stations, maintain safety, and assist with line readiness and housekeeping.

The role requires teamwork, a fast learning curve, and hands-on problem solving. Excellent manual dexterity and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend a job order and bill of materials.
• Identify parts and their placement on the product line.
• Identify power and hand tools used on the line.
• Perform assembly-type functions using hand or power tools.
• Read rulers, tape measures, and other measuring instruments.
• Fasten parts with bolts, screws, rivets, or fasteners.
• Identify maintenance needs on equipment and tooling.
• Use safety equipment and apparel required for operations.

Responsibilities

• Complete final assembly per quality standards and work orders.
• Work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Follow instructions and safety guidelines in the shop.
