The role emphasizes precision, safety, and teamwork to ensure on-time production. Responsibilities include interpreting bills of materials, identifying parts, using measuring devices, reading gauges, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job orders and bills of materials.
• Identify parts, locations, and power tools required for the line.
• Perform assembly tasks using hand or power tools per instructions.
• Read measuring instruments and verify dimensions.
• Fasten parts with bolts, screws, rivets or fasteners.
• Maintain safe and clean work area; follow safety equipment rules.
• Work at varying workstations as production needs change.
• Identify maintenance needs on equipment and tooling.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
