Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking an Assembler II – Sub Assembly Refrigeration to join our Centerville, IA team. This onsite role supports the assembly and testing of refrigeration components, including coil preparation, leak checks, and nitrogen filling.

You will read BOMs, follow blueprints, and use hand and power tools to assemble parts per spec. For success, candidates should be team oriented, quick learners, and proficient with measuring devices and common hand tools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and understand a job order and bill of materials.
• Identify parts and placement on the product line.
• Read blueprints or schematics to determine locations and components.
• Cut, bend, braze tubing to form refrigerant lines.
• Evacuate air and charge system with refrigerant.
• Perform pre-startup checks on equipment.
• Identify used power and hand tools on the line.
• Perform assembly tasks using hand or power tools.
