The Resource in Greensboro, NC is seeking Assemblers for a fast-paced 2nd shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM). This temp-to-hire role offers a stable, energetic manufacturing environment where your hands-on skills are valued.

You will assemble components, read simple instructions, and contribute to meeting our production schedules and quality standards while following safety practices.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands‑on assembly tasks
• Ability to read basic work instructions, labels, and simple technical drawings
• Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift and perform light‑to‑moderate lifting
• Dependability, punctuality, and a commitment to safety practices, including PPE compliance

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly lines
• Familiarity with hand tools, measuring devices, or torque tools
• Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED (not mandatory) 6–12 months of assembly or production experience is a plus but not required
