Job summary

Austincc is seeking a Final Assembly Technician to join our team in the Durham area. You will perform final assembly, inspection, and preparation of large electrical enclosures, generator systems, switchgear, and related power distribution equipment prior to shipment.

This role operates Monday through Friday with OT as needed; 1st shift 6am-4:30pm or 2nd shift 3:30pm-12pm as applicable. You should be comfortable using hand and power tools, reading blueprints, and working in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly required.
• Experience with large industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly of mechanical and electrical components on industrial equipment.
• Install panels, hardware, wiring, and electrical assemblies according to work instructions and blueprints.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect completed units to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as needed.
• Assist with testing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

We are seeking a Final Assembly Technicians to join a leading manufacturer of industrial electrical equipment and power systems in Durham Area. This role is responsible for the final assembly, inspection, and preparation of large electrical enclosures, generator systems, switchgear, and related power distribution equipment prior to shipment.

Monday through Friday-OT as needed! 1st shift -6am to 4:30pm 2nd shift-3:30pm to 12pm
