Job summary

Qualified Staffing is seeking Electrical Assembly Technicians for multiple manufacturing sites in the Raleigh area. You will assemble electrical and electromechanical components, perform wiring and cable assembly, and install switches and connectors.

Ideal candidates read wiring diagrams or schematics, use hand and power tools, and conduct basic testing. Emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, electronics, or electromechanical manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, or technical instructions.
• Experience with wire stripping, crimping, soldering, or cable assembly is a plus.
• Familiarity with electrical components, connectors, switches, or control panels.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well with a team.
