Epic Aircraft, based in Bend, Oregon, seeks a Final Assembly Technician to join our Assembly Team on the Final Assembly Line. You will learn to interpret assembly drawings and work orders while assisting with the installation of aircraft components and systems.

This hands-on role rewards problem-solving and teamwork as you contribute to producing high‑quality aircraft. Monday–Friday 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., starting pay $22.70/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn aircraft assembly processes and procedures.
• Experience with assembly, maintenance, or repair is helpful.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is helpful.
• Must work well independently and in a team with a great attitude.
• Open to new ideas, challenges, and learning opportunities.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Accurately maintain production records and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and production goals are met.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Final Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role on our Assembly Team, helping bring aircraft to completion on the Final Assembly Line. In this position, you will learn to interpret assembly drawings and work orders while assisting with the installation of aircraft components and systems. Monday – Friday
6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Starting Pay: $22.70/hour
