What You'll Do

As a Bonding Technician, you'll be a key member of our Bonding Assembly Team and will help with structural assembly of bonded carbon and other composite parts. This includes surface prep, fit, and bonding of major and minor assemblies, as well as mechanical fit and assembly of flight controls, wingtips, and windshields used in our award-winning aircraft. This position requires limited experience (basic hand and power tools) and is a great way to start your career at Epic.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for the majority of the shift

Compensation And Schedule

Starting Pay: $22.00per hour

Available Shift Options

Day Shift

• MondayFriday
• 6:00 a.m. 2:30 p.m.

4-Day, 10-Hour Shift

• 5:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m.
• Four 10-hour shifts each week
• Three days off every week
• Two consecutive days off plus one additional day off

Schedule Details

• Production operates Monday through Saturday
• Depending on your assigned shift, your schedule may include Saturdays
• Your assigned schedule will remain consistent from week to week, providing a predictable work schedule
