Dover Food Retail is seeking an Assembler II – Final Assembly to support our production of refrigerated display cases. You will read work orders, identify parts, and assemble components across multiple stations, using handheld tools and measuring devices.

A team focus, safety mindset, and quick learning are essential to thrive in this role. You will follow bill of materials, verify parts and dimensions, and assist with testing and lighting installations.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets job orders and bills of materials.
• Identifies parts and placement on the product line.
• Uses power and hand tools safely and correctly.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and follows PPE requirements.
• Ability to read rulers and measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend a job order and bill of materials.
• Identify parts used on the assigned product line and placement.
• Identify power and hand tools needed for the line.
• Fasten parts using bolts, screws or rivets as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production.
