Marvin seeks a Final Assembly - Production Associate to contribute in a clean, temperature-controlled facility. The role involves heavy lifting, moving large components, and physically active work with training provided.

The position offers comprehensive benefits from day one, including health coverage and paid time off. Shifts require overtime; starting pay varies by schedule: Days from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm at $18.50/hour and Evenings from 3:30 pm to 1:30 am at $21.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, move, push, or carry up to 75 pounds throughout the shift.
• Comfort with repetitive physical movement including twisting, bending, and overhead or chest-height lifting.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lift, carry, and move materials up to 75 pounds using proper technique and teamwork.
• Handle large and bulky window components, including pushing and positioning completed units onto carts.
• Perform frequent physical movements such as twisting, pulling, bending, and lifting from mid-section to chest height.
• Use tools and equipment while following visual and written instructions to keep production moving efficiently.
