Job Description:

As an Assembler - Production Associate, you will assemble various components according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble all types of components per specifications.
• Document inspections following company procedures.
• Work safely and efficiently in compliance with policies.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in reading and writing English preferred.
• Experience with microscopes preferred.
• Good vision (natural or corrected), excellent hand dexterity.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Ability to handle chemicals like washing solutions, flux, solvents, inks, and paints.
• Lift up to 15 lbs as needed.
• Repeated standing, walking, and bending.
• Work in high-noise, dusty environments.
• Availability for overtime, including weekends.
• Attend required training sessions.
• Participate in cross-training to acquire additional skills.
