Job summary

Kelly Services in Moscow, TN is seeking a Fin Press Machine Operator to operate and maintain fin press machines used in heat exchanger fin production. Training starts on first shift, then 6pm-3am with a $18.00 hourly wage during training and a $1.50 shift differential after training.

You will set up, run, inspect, troubleshoot, load coils, perform basic maintenance, and record production data while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–6 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift; able to lift 20–50 lbs multiple times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain fin press machines used in heat exchanger fin production.
• Set up, run, inspect, and troubleshoot the press line to meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
• Load and thread metal coils, adjust settings, and perform in-process inspections.
