Job summary

Kelly is hiring a Fin Press Machine Operator in Moscow, TN to operate and maintain fin press machines used in heat exchanger production. You will set up, run, inspect, and troubleshoot the press line, ensuring quality and safety while meeting production schedules.

You will load coils, adjust settings, perform in-process inspections, and carry out basic preventive maintenance. The role requires 8+ hour standing with 20–50 lb lifts and offers overtime and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with press operation.
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and measurement tools.
• Basic understanding of preventive maintenance and machine troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–6 months related experience preferred.
• Stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 20–50 pounds.

Salary: $18.00 per hour during training, will earn $1.50 shift differential after training

Shift: 3pm-11:30pm (will train on 1st shift for approximately 3 weeks)

• Can read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Possess a basic understanding of preventive maintenance and machine troubleshooting
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quality control standards
• Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Bring 3–6 months of related experience and/or training (preferred)
• Are able to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift and lift materials weighing 20–50 pounds multiple times during a shift
