Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining fin press machines used in the production of heat exchanger fins.
• Setting up, running, inspecting, and troubleshooting the press line to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met.
• Loading and threading metal coils into the machine, adjusting press settings, and performing in-process inspections.
• Performing basic maintenance such as lubrication, die cleaning, and filter replacement.
• Recording production data and collaborating with maintenance and tooling staff to resolve issues.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area in accordance with company standards.

We’re seeking a Fin Press Machine Operator to work at a premier manufacturing client in Moscow, TN.

Salary: $18.00 per hour during training, will earn $1.50 shift differential after training

Shift: 3pm-11:30pm (will train on 1st shift for approximately 3 weeks)

What’s a typical day as Fin Press Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating and maintaining fin press machines used in the production of heat exchanger fins
