Actus Nutrition in Jerome, Idaho, is seeking a Filtration Operator for the Jerome West Plant to operate RO/Separator/UF/Nano/Pasteurizer equipment in a safe, efficient, and productive manner. Shift is nights, 5pm–5am, with every other weekend off.

Pay is $26.29 per hour plus a $1.50 night-shift differential. Responsibilities include coordinating with the production team, monitoring equipment and gaskets, pulling liquid samples, and recording temperatures and silo data in the daily production

Qualifications

• Operate RO/Separator/UF/Nano/Pasteurizer equipment safely.
• Monitor gaskets, seals, and pump components for leaks.
• Pull liquid samples and adjust operation parameters.
• Document daily production data and temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with departmental operators to efficiently manage silo space and production schedules.
• Monitor filtration equipment and silo areas for deficiencies and report to maintenance/shift lead.
• Monitor, plan, and track incoming product for upcoming production runs.
• Trace product lines and track locations of products being transferred.

We are currently seeking a Filtration Operator to join the team at the Jerome West Plant located in Jerome, Idaho. The Filtration Operator is responsible for operating the RO/Separator/UF/Nano/Pasteurizer in an efficient and productive manner.

Shift: Nights, 5pm-5am, with every other weekend off.

Pay: $26.29 per hour (+ $1.50 night-shift differential)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with all departmental operators to efficiently manage silo space and production schedules. Any issues should be reported to a shift lead/supervisor/manager in a timely manner.
• Monitor the filtration equipment and silo areas for leaking gaskets, airlines, pump seals, and any other operational deficiencies, and report immediately to maintenance/shift lead/supervisor/manager.
• Must pull liquid samples and use analysis for adjusting operation parameters.
• Monitor, plan, and track all incoming product for upcoming production runs.
• Check all silo temperatures and solids; document this information on the daily production report.
• Trace product lines and track the locations of all products being transferred.
