Responsibilities

• Operate RO/Separator/UF/Nano/Pasteurizer filtration equipment safely and efficiently.

• Monitor equipment for leaks, gaskets, lines and report issues promptly.
• Pull liquid samples and adjust process parameters as needed.
• Track incoming product for upcoming production runs and maintain records.
• Record silo temperatures and solids in the daily production report.
• Trace product lines and locations of products during transfers.
• Maintain documentation for production runs and CIP procedures.
• Keep silos, lines and related documentation clean and organized.

We are currently seeking a Filtration Operator to join the team at the Jerome West Plant located in Jerome, Idaho. The Filtration Operator is responsible for operating the RO/Separator/UF/Nano/Pasteurizer in an efficient and productive manner.

Shift: Nights, 5pm-5am, with every other weekend off.

Pay: $26.29 per hour (+ $1.50 night-shift differential)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with all departmental operators to efficiently manage silo space and production schedules. Any issues should be reported to a shift lead/supervisor/manager in a timely manner.
• Monitor the filtration equipment and silo areas for leaking gaskets, airlines, pump seals, and any other operational deficiencies, and report immediately to maintenance/shift lead/supervisor/manager.
• Must pull liquid samples and use analysis for adjusting operation parameters.
• Monitor, plan, and track all incoming product for upcoming production runs.
• Check all silo temperatures and solids; document this information on the daily production report.
• Trace product lines and track the locations of all products being transferred.
• Maintain the filtration equipment, ensuring that all product specifications meet specified parameters.
• Maintain proper documentation for production Runs and CIP’s.
• Maintain clean silos, lines, and documentation.

• Previous machine operator experience or equivalent skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Licensed forklift operator or willingness to learn.
