Actus Nutrition's Jerome West Plant in Idaho is seeking a Filtration Operator to run RO/Separator/UF/Nano/Pasteurizer equipment in a safe, productive manner.

Shifts are nights, 5pm–5am, with every other weekend off. Compensation includes $26.29 per hour plus a $1.50 night-shift differential, with opportunities to contribute to quality and efficiency across our nutrition portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Operate RO/Separator/UF/Nano/Pasteurizer equipment efficiently and safely.
• Communicate with departmental operators to manage silo space and production schedules.
• Monitor filtration equipment and silo areas for leaks; report deficiencies to maintenance/shift lead.
• Pull liquid samples and use analysis to adjust operation parameters.
• Monitor, plan, and track incoming product for upcoming production runs.
• Check silo temperatures and solids; document in the daily production report.
• Trace product lines and locations of all transferred products.

We are currently seeking a Filtration Operator to join the team at the Jerome West Plant located in Jerome, Idaho. The Filtration Operator is responsible for operating the RO/Separator/UF/Nano/Pasteurizer in an efficient and productive manner.

Shift: Nights, 5pm-5am, with every other weekend off.

Pay: $26.29 per hour (+ $1.50 night-shift differential)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with all departmental operators to efficiently manage silo space and production schedules. Any issues should be reported to a shift lead/supervisor/manager in a timely manner.
• Monitor the filtration equipment and silo areas for leaking gaskets, airlines, pump seals, and any other operational deficiencies, and report immediately to maintenance/shift lead/supervisor/manager.
• Must pull liquid samples and use analysis for adjusting operation parameters.
• Monitor, plan, and track all incoming product for upcoming production runs.
• Check all silo temperatures and solids; document this information on the daily production report.
• Trace product lines and track the locations of all products being transferred.
