Job Title: Filtration Application Specialist
Job Location: Sparta, NJ

Job Description:

• Support sales team by recommending appropriate filtration systems for customer needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues with filtration equipment (remote and on-site).
• Strong electrical/mechanical background required.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
• Provide technical support on Oil Mist and Liquid Filtration Systems.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of filtration systems.
• Maintain detailed records of service calls, maintenance, and inspections.
• Deliver training to customers and internal staff on system operation and maintenance.
• Work with engineering to suggest product improvements based on field experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Coordinate with factory and warehouse on production assembly.

Job Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge of oil mist and liquid filtration systems.
• Understanding of machine tool processes and operations.
• Familiarity with industrial plant maintenance practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel throughout the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Travel required as needed outside of regular business hours. Direct hire position.
