Custom Filters Direct in Bloomsburg, PA is hiring Packers and Filter Assemblers for 1st and 2nd shifts. This full-time role offers weekly pay and a $50 attendance bonus for meeting scheduled hours.

You'll assemble HVAC air filters, inspect quality, label and pack products, and operate basic production equipment after training. No prior air-filter experience is required; hands-on training provided, with reliable attendance and the ability to stay on your feet.

Qualifications

• No prior air-filter manufacturing experience required; hands-on training provided.
• Able to stand for scheduled shifts and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn multiple production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble residential and commercial HVAC air filters
• Place filter media, frames, wire, and other components into position
• Inspect products for quality and correct assembly
• Verify product sizes, labels, and packaging
• Pack, label, stack, and prepare filters for shipment
• Operate basic production equipment after training
• Keep workstation clean, safe, and organized
• Follow production, quality, and safety procedures
• Assist in other production areas as needed
