Custom Filters Direct is hiring for an entry-level Air Filter Assembler on 1st Shift in Bloomsburg, PA. No previous manufacturing experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided to help you start or grow a career in manufacturing.

The 1st Shift runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with overtime opportunities as needed. The position offers weekly pay and a $50 attendance bonus for completing full 40-hour weeks with no absences or tardiness.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing or assembly experience required.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble air filters and components according to production requirements.
• Follow work instructions and production orders.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Meet daily production expectations while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Work cooperatively with team members and production leadership.
