Parker Hannifin is seeking an Assembly Technician to build and inspect filters in a climate-controlled facility. You will perform assembly steps, including spinning, wrapping, capping, spot welding, and final inspection to meet production standards.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints and perform basic math. Overtime may be required; first shift hours are 5:00am–3:20pm, with potential Saturday schedule.

Formación

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Perform arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members to resolve issues.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble various types of filters and components to production specifications.
• Perform production processes including spinning, adhesive/plastisol, cutting media, wrap, or other materials; complete spot welding, debossing, and seaming on filters or components; minor filter repair; and packing and inspecting finished products.
• Use basic computer functions for daily orders and inventory adjustments.
• Complete daily, weekly, or monthly inventories, as needed.
• Complete firstpiece and inprocess inspections; secure supervisor and/or quality assistance to correct defects or deficiencies as they occur.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required.
• Actively participates in department problem solving, lean events and high-performance teams.
• Participate in 5S and maintain a clean, safe work area.
