The role involves warehouse work, documentation, and assisting clients and staff with technical questions. Some travel may be required; standard business hours with potential long days.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform service, testing and basic adjustments on camera gear under time constraints.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and mechanics related to camera equipment.
• Familiarity with set call procedures and safety rules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform service checks of minor and wireless camera accessories with emphasis on wireless gear.
• Examine, clean, test and adjust equipment within timeframes and meet client specs.
• Identify problems and route repairs or refurbishments as needed.
• Maintain detailed service documentation and inventory records.
• Assist in transferring equipment between logistics, service, and inventory.
• Answer technical questions and assist staff and clients as needed.
• Stay updated on new gear and trends; perform other duties as required.
