Job summary

Panavision NY is seeking a Prep Technician to pull and prepare camera gear for client orders scheduled for checkout or pickup/shipment. The role requires accurate prep of equipment, coordination with customers and internal teams, and a drive to improve processes while upholding Panavision's service standards.

The candidate should be a self-motivated team player with strong multi-tasking ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Panavision products and services a plus.
• Proactive in gaining and maintaining service/skill on PV equipment.
• Outstanding customer service orientation; willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
• Able to work and maintain effectiveness under pressure with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• Good understanding of PC operating systems and ability to learn proprietary rental software.
• Thorough, outstanding follow through and attention to detail; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Liaises with customers and internal departments to deliver high-quality service.
• Continuously looks for ways to improve the process to drive efficiencies.
