Meridian Adhesives Group in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Fill Tech I to operate and troubleshoot filling and packaging equipment on the production line. You will perform machine set-ups, product changeovers, and in-process quality checks while maintaining accurate logs.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to stand for extended shifts. Starting pay is $19 per hour on 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, with comprehensive benefits

Responsibilities

• Independently operate and monitor multiple types of filling and packaging equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve routine mechanical/process issues during production.
• Track efficiency and suggest incremental process improvements.
• Report equipment malfunctions, quality deviations, or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Accurately complete production logs and records.
