Meridian Adhesives Group in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing/Production Associate to keep packaging lines running smoothly. You will clean, tear down, and rebuild machine components, handle drums, and assist maintenance to ensure on-time production.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, English literacy, basic math, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Overtime may be required; starting pay is $19 per hour on the 1st shift.

Since 2018, we’ve grown rapidly through strategic acquisitions and now serve a global roster of blue-chip OEMs, distributors, and industrial customers.A day on the floor5:00 am: Review the day’s schedule, stage change parts, and prepare packaging equipment for upcoming jobs.Morning: Tear down assemblies, clean components thoroughly, and rebuild to spec. Swap 55-gallon drums safely and efficiently.Midday: Diagnose issues across equipment, perform minor fixes, and escalate as needed. Coordinate closely with operators, line leads, and maintenance.Afternoon: Organize work areas, complete changeovers, verify readiness for the next run, and document activity. The above range represents the expected hourly range for this position. The actual hourly rate may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.Bonus Pay: HOURLY Meridian is actively participating in a productivity incentive plan for 2026.
