Job summary

Meridian Adhesives Group located in Billerica, MA is seeking an operator to perform setup, mixing, filling, and troubleshooting of filling equipment for bulk/BiPak orders. The role requires following ISO procedures, safety rules, and performing quality checks.

The candidate will weigh and heat materials, operate dispensing equipment (BiPak/QuickPouch), and handle label printing while ensuring accurate material requisitions and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MRP & ERP systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Follow operating procedures, including ISO procedures, safety rules, PPE requirements, and SDSs.
• Fill orders based on the information on the fill ticket.
• Fill out requisitions for raw materials and non-inventory items.
• Inventory cycle count.
• Weigh materials and heat materials.
• Operates BiPak/QuickPouch equipment and prints labels.
• Quality in-process inspection of materials.
• Perform maintenance, inspection, and troubleshoot machinery.
