Job summary

Gehl-Food- is hiring a Filler Operator for the 3rd shift to operate multiple filler systems in a highly technical environment in California. The role requires obtaining and maintaining a State Filler Operator license, following SOPs, and ensuring product quality and compliance with GMP and sanitation standards.

You will participate in basic maintenance tasks, quality checks, and documentation, while progressing toward licensure and increased line leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read batch sheets and logs.
• Knowledge of GMP, CIP and sanitation basics.
• Strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling systems following SOPs and standards.
• Perform checks of pressures, temperatures, and other parameters.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S in the filler area.
• Document production data accurately.
