Job summary

Johnson Controls in Marinette, WI is seeking a NFF Filler/Material Handler to fill foam products into labeled containers and operate a forklift. You will load/unload trucks, verify lot numbers, and complete SAP transactions to ensure accurate inventory and production records.

The role supports 1st shift (M-Th) 4:30AM-2:30PM with a competitive hourly range of $23.90–$26.21 and a comprehensive benefits package. A HS diploma and forklift license, plus SAP knowledge, are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a HS Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid forklift driver’s license is required.
• Significant knowledge of material movement and SAP transactions is required.
• Reads bills of lading, packing lists and material orders; ensures correct put-away.

Responsibilities

• Fills foam products into labeled containers from tanks and records lot numbers.
• Loads trucks and bracing as prescribed; follows dock safety procedures.
• Operates forklift and uses scanners to verify counts and part numbers.
• Performs safety checks on forklifts and maintains 5S housekeeping in assigned areas.
