Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in Wisconsin is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations by unloading trucks, moving materials with PIT equipment and cranes, and recording transactions in SAP. You will help ensure timely material availability for production and shipping, and maintain accurate records using handheld scanners.

The role requires prior warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to train/certify PIT/crane operation.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience operating PIT equipment and cranes, or willingness to be trained and certified.
• Familiarity with SAP or other warehouse management systems preferred.
• Ability to read instructions, labels and inventory documentation.
• Lift, push and pull materials up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trucks and receive materials accurately and safely.
• Transport materials within the warehouse using PIT equipment and cranes.
• Store materials in designated locations following safety standards.
• Perform replenishment activities to support production and order fulfillment.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities.
• Record all material movements in SAP and use handheld scanners.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or unsafe conditions.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support improvements.
