Job summary

Johnson Controls, a global leader in thermal management and building systems, seeks a NFF Filler/Material Handler to load, fill, and move foam products. You will operate a forklift, manage container fillings, and perform SAP transactions under supervision.

The role requires 18+ years old, HS diploma, forklift license, and knowledge of SAP material movements, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old with a HS Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid forklift license is required.
• Experience with SAP material movement transactions is expected.
• Ability to read bills of lading, packing lists and production orders.

Responsibilities

• Fill foam products into labeled containers from predetermined tanks.
• Fill containers ranging from small pails to large totes.
• Record first piece inspection and verify lot numbers; coordinate with senior operator.
• Record containers filled and perform SAP transactions accurately.
• Load trucks to prescribed arrangement following dock safety procedures.
• Assist NFF Formulator in blending operations and material handling movements.
