Job summary

Garelick Farms, Dairy Farmers of America, seeks a Machine Operator to operate filler equipment on the production line. The role requires monitoring, documentation, quality checks, and ensuring proper packaging materials are used. The position is on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate filler equipment and monitor production line.
• Complete documentation and quality checks.
• Monitor weights, seals, caps, and packaging.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate operating issues.
• Collect samples for quality assurance testing.
• Ensure proper packaging materials are used for each product.
• Prepare equipment for next run and perform line changeovers.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with GMP and health regulations.
