Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate filler equipment and monitor production line performance.
• Complete required documentation and quality checks.
• Monitor weights, seals, caps, and packaging.
• Adjust filler timing and fill level; check mat as needed.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate operating issues.
• Collect samples for QA testing.
• Ensure correct packaging materials are used.
• Thread wrap and resolve label jams to prevent downtime.
• Perform line changeovers safely and efficiently.
• Complete line cleaning and prep for next run.
• Communicate with other departments and report issues.
• Assist in process improvements and SOP compliance.
• Maintain health and safety standards and GMP compliance.
