Qualifications

• Enterprise Content Management principles familiarity.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Understanding of Cloud native technologies and concepts.
• 2+ years API or Microservices development experience.
• 3+ years IT Service Management solutions development or support.
• Ability to lead production goals, deadlines, and metrics.
• Root-cause analysis and improvement design.
• Customer service mindset with continuous improvement.
• 3+ years distributed servers platform experience.
• 2+ years of application production support experience.
• Experience in Ansible, Terraform, and Cloud engineering concepts.
• Experience in application and server health probes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business.
• Drive solutions to reduce recovery time.
• Provide cross-functional coordination on root cause analysis for production issues.
• Support portfolio of applications across technologies.
• Develop end-to-end automated solutions interfacing with in-house or vendor solutions via APIs.
• Responsible for production deployments with governance and change controls.
• Mentor team members and provide expert counsel to leadership.
• Learn new platform engineering tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve system efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
• Review operational support systems to ensure maximum availability.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues for optimal availability.
• Advise on security concepts and resilient, microservices-based architectures.
