Position Summary

The File Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing file maintenance operations, pricing integrity, promotional execution, and point-of-sale accuracy throughout the store. This role ensures pricing data is accurately maintained, promotional signage is executed correctly, and store systems function efficiently to support a positive customer experience. The File Maintenance Supervisor provides leadership to associates while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities File Maintenance Operations

• Oversee daily file maintenance activities and pricing updates.
• Ensure accurate implementation of price changes, promotions, and markdowns.
• Maintain pricing integrity throughout all store departments.
• Monitor system updates and verify successful execution of pricing files.
• Troubleshoot pricing discrepancies and system-related issues.

Pricing & Promotional Accuracy

• Verify all advertised and promotional pricing is accurate and properly displayed.
• Ensure promotional signs, tags, and labels are current and correctly placed.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and correct pricing errors.
• Coordinate pricing and promotional changes with department leadership.

Store Systems & Technology

• Maintain point-of-sale and pricing systems to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment and technology issues.
• Ensure store data is entered accurately and maintained according to company standards.
• Support implementation of system updates and process improvements.

Leadership & Associate Development

• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to file maintenance associates.
