Goldberg Segalla LLP is seeking a File Intake Analyst for its Buffalo or Albany offices. The role focuses on evaluating intake information, coordinating with attorneys, and ensuring accurate data entry in Aderant and related systems.

Responsibilities include timely matter openings, information requests, and assisting with onboarding new attorneys. The position offers hourly pay, a benefits package, and a collaborative firm culture.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate file intake information for accuracy before entry in Aderant.
• Follow up with attorneys and legal assistants for missing or unclear details.
• Ensure accurate, consistent data entry in firm systems per protocols.
• Open new matters promptly (1–2 business days) after info submission.
• Communicate to request missing information from attorneys staff when needed.
• Contribute to maintaining and updating information in Aderant and other systems.
