Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to join our team, embedded with US Air Force fighter squadrons in the OHWS program at Kunsan Air Base. You will provide injury prevention and performance enhancement for fighter aircrew, evaluating performance and maintaining MSK health as part of a broader health maintenance program.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience at high-performance environments, CSCS or SCCC

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Human Performance, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-time Strength & Conditioning experience at collegiate, professional, or tactical/high-performance environments.
• NSCA CSCS or CSCCa SCCC certification.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Secret security clearance (T3) and U.S. citizenship for clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop IPs focused on neck and back conditioning to minimize injury risk.
• Guide IP implementation aligned with performance objectives and healthcare plan.
• Serve as human performance advisor to commanders on injury prevention and SOPs.
• Monitor new developments in injury prevention and conditioning; update protocols.
• Maintain safe training environment; ensure proper equipment usage and risk mitigation.
• Document aircrew assessments within 72 hours and contribute to HP-MER.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for holistic performance optimization.
• Maintain proficiency to provide hands-on demonstrations to aircrew.
