Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA to lead distributed training interfacing with U.S. and allied aircrew and JTACs in a virtual environment.

You will learn and execute missions using CES, NGTS, and MACE, while staying current on threats, tactics, and procedures. The role requires an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, plus advanced degrees and years of flight experience.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years as a fighter aviator or equivalent.
• Master’s degree with 7+ years or PhD with 4+ years of experience.
• Former Fighter Pilot/NFO/CSO/WSO with listed aircraft (F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F-22, F-35).
• Thorough knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 fighter employment or equivalent.
• Operationally relevant experience in past 10 years (simulator acceptable).
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan, brief, execute, and debrief DTC’s LFEs and Small Team events.
• Use NGTS to support JSE distribution across the DMO Network.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate unit requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting to military/defense clients for training development, doctrinal, scenario, and data analysis.
