Hacienda is seeking a bartender to greet guests, take drink orders, and provide a fiesta-inspired experience. You will follow recipes, mix Margaritas, and ensure guests feel welcome while keeping the bar area clean and stocked. The role requires you to be 21+, lift up to 25 pounds, and operate the POS system with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must provide responsible alcohol service.
• Must be able to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Handle Guests’ payments by either providing change or processing credit/gift card payments.
• Able to operate the POS system.
• Verify identification and age requirements of Guests.
• Prepares and maintains ingredients by following recipes.

• Greet Guests promptly with “Margaritas today?” and provide fresh Chips and Salsa.
• Provide a FIESTA EXPERIENCE for our Guests!
• Serve our Guests (and the Servers serving Guests) quickly and efficiently.
• Be a Team player
• Make our Guests say “WOW…That was a fun, wacky, unforgettable, experience!
• Get drink orders and suggest a “Margarita Today?” to anyone over the age of 21.
• Card Guests under the age of 40.
• “Read” the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit
• Suggestive Sell Specials and Extras
• Maintain a Clean and Well-Stocked Area
