Job summary

Fierce45 in Denver is seeking a part-time coach to lead a 45-minute, full-body, small group Pilates class following our FierceMovement methodology. You will learn alignment, muscle engagement, and a hard, consistent class format, while supporting clients and the Fierce Community.

Successful candidates will coach multiple locations, participate in auditions and training dates, and maintain punctuality, reliability, and team spirit.

Qualifications

• Able to coach a minimum of seven classes per pay period.
• Availability to coach early mornings or evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Assist with coach substitution requests as needed, or as required by Studio Managers.
• Must be able to count on the beat of the music or have experience performing with music.
• Transferable skills may include a background in teaching, dance, cheerleading, etc.
• Participants are required to have their own insurance to use the studio and complete the training.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small group, high-intensity Pilates class, following a standardized format and guidelines.
• Create fresh and energetic playlists and class routines.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Fierce45’s scheduling and POS system, Mariana Tek, and other Fierce45 processes.
• Establish and maintain a welcoming, safe environment for Fierce45 clients.
• Attend Fierce45 classes regularly to grow as a coach and support teammates.

our fierceformer® and fierce movement® methodology have been intentionally developed in conjunction so that our workout is low-impact on your joints, but high-intensity on your muscles. as a fierce45 coach, you will learn to be alignment savvy, muscle engagement focused, and fierce movement trained to the fullest. upon successful completion of your training, you will have a plethora of resources and support to lead clients through a 45-minute, full-body, small group, high-intensity pilates class that follows our specific format and is hard. every. time.

• Lead a small group, high-intensity Pilates class, that follows a standardized class format and guidelines in accordance with FierceMovement® methodology.
• Create fresh and energetic playlists and class routines.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Fierce45’s scheduling and POS system,Mariana Tek, as well as all other Fierce45 processes, procedures, and policies.
• Establish and maintain Community with Fierce45 clients by interacting, engaging, and creating a welcoming and safe environment.
• Take Fierce45 classes regularly to grow as a coach and support your teammates and the Fierce Community.

Upcoming training:

• Auditions – Thursday, September 17th and Friday, September 18 th at 4pm, West Wash Park Training Facility (invite only)
• Training – Thursday 10/15 – Saturday 10/17
• Trainings in 2027 – January 2027, April 2027, August 2027, October 2027
• Requirements:
  • Candidates must be able to attend auditions and all training dates.
  • Candidates must have the ability to teach at multiple locations and class times, and will be accepted into training based on current studio openings.
  • Upon hire, some weekends will be required for the first 12 months of employment. This is typically achieved by teaching a 3-class block every other Saturday or Sunday.
