Job summary

F45 Training in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a charismatic fitness coach to lead high-energy group sessions, connect with members, and help build a thriving studio community.

You will coach with proper form, offer modifications, schedule classes, support fellow coaches, and contribute to member onboarding and retention, all while embodying energy, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude. Requirements include NASM/ACE/ACSM/AFAA certification and CPR/AED; evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Group fitness or personal training experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate large groups.
• Passion for fitness, functional training, and helping others.
• Team-player mentality with a positive attitude.
• F45 experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable with social media and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy group training sessions while ensuring members feel supported, motivated, and coached safely.
• Demonstrate exercises with proper form and provide modifications when needed.

• Collaborate with the management team on studio goals, member experience, and fun community events.

Schedule

Part-time position with opportunities for additional hours as needed

Evenings

Weekend availability required on a rotating basis

We are also looking to fill 1–2 evening shifts, so candidates with evening-only availability are encouraged to apply

Compensation

• Starting at $35/hour (not per class)
• Commission and bonus opportunities available
