Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience in the Health & Fitness industry.
• Certified Personal Trainer through a nationally recognized organization (ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NASM, NSCA)
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (required)
• 2-3+ years of management experience, including staff hiring, training, and performance management
• Proven ability to drive membership growth, lead teams, and foster a thriving fitness community
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of biomechanics, exercise physiology, and group training dynamics
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Flexibility & willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events

• Develop strong relationships with members and coaches.
• Drive membership growth and retention through sales efforts and outreach initiatives.
• Assist in marketing strategies across social media, digital/print platforms, and community events.
• Ensure outstanding customer service with best practices for client interactions, check-ins, and follow-ups.
• Monitor and improve financial performance by managing budgets and profitability

Your Role & Responsibilities

Team, Studio, and Sales Leadership

• Lead high-energy group training sessions, delivering motivation, expertise, and engagement to every class.
• Mentor and manage a team of full-time and part-time trainers, ensuring excellence in coaching and member experience.

What You Bring to the Team
