Job summary

Brenau University is seeking a Fieldwork Education Program Specialist to handle field experience requests, support fieldwork assessment reporting, and manage information systems in the School of Occupational Therapy. This role acts as liaison with fieldwork supervisors and agency personnel in partnership with the SOT director and faculty.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, strong database and MS Office skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a USDE-recognized regional accrediting body.
• Proficiency in database management levels from intermediate to advanced.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google applications.
• Highly developed organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidential information handling.
• Ability to create, compose, and edit written and web-based materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage fieldwork site contracts and ensure site contacts have necessary information.
• Assist Academic Fieldwork Coordinator with developing new field sites.
• Initiate new contracts for fieldwork sites.
• Manage student fieldwork evaluation process and aggregate data.
• Provide leadership with data for fieldwork reports and program evaluation.
• Develop and maintain web-based resources for students and facilities.
• Handle technical aspects of fieldwork processes as liaison to the student body.
• Educate fieldwork educators on E*Value usage.
• Assist with data dashboards and reporting; support school functions.
