Job summary

Required are an Active Secret clearance, a BA/BS or equivalent with 10+ years of related experience, and Army MOS 18 Series or MOS 11B. Up to 50% travel; military instructor background preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in related work.
• Army MOS 18 Series or MOS 11B (V-Ranger qualified).
• Knowledge of Army supply system and equipment issuance.
• Travel up to 50% (CONUS/OCONUS).
• Experience as military/tactical instructor.

Responsibilities

• Develops and presents complex training programs for soldiers and contractor personnel.
• Coordinates with customers to identify program needs and schedule training.
• Tests and evaluates trainees to measure learning progress.
• Designs training program elements and modules.
• Guides less experienced trainers with strong technical skills.
• Serves as Primary Instructor for Operator courses.
• Provides sustainment support for assigned equipment.
