Qualifikationen

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience with 10+ years of related work.
• Must possess Army MOS 18 Series or MOS 11B (V-Ranger Qualified).
• Knowledge of firearms, night vision and thermal equipment.
• Experience with Army supply system and issuing equipment to units.
• Military/tactical instructor experience required.
• Willingness to travel up to CONUS/OCONUS.

Aufgaben

• Develops and presents training programs for soldiers and contractor personnel.
• Coordinates with customer to identify program needs and schedule training.
• Tests and evaluates trainees to measure learning progress.
• Designs training program elements and modules on complex topics.
• Guides and directs less experienced trainers with strong technical skills.
• Serves as Primary Instructor for Operator and Operator/Field Service courses.
• Provides sustainment support for assigned equipment.
