Fielding’s River Oaks Bar Back

The Bar Back position at Fielding’s River Oaks plays a crucial role in creating positive, memorable guest experiences. The role involves supporting the Bar team by stocking beer, wine, and spirits, polishing glassware, filling ice, and performing other related duties.

Essential Duties (but not limited to):

• Work in a clean, fast manner with showmanship
• Clean and polish glassware
• Be knowledgeable and able to execute service standards
• Be nimble in high activity situations to support operations at the Bar
