Job summary

AttainX Inc. seeks a Project Management Specialist in Richland, WA to provide project and contract management support for the DOE Hanford Field Office.

The role covers action tracking, analysis of contract actions, and liaison with SMEs and Directors to ensure effective program delivery. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of relevant experience including DOE contract management, FAR knowledge, and strong communication skills, with a BS/BA in a related field.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field; 5 years experience may substitute
• 8 years of relevant experience including DOE project and contract management
• Working knowledge of FAR and FAR Supplements
• Knowledge of DOE IDIQ End State Contracts and DOE Prime Contract Invoice Review
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Provide contract management support including preparation, coordination, revision and tracking of contract actions and related correspondence for SMEs and Division Directors
• Research and analyze potential and existing contract actions including changes and negotiations
• Coordinate with SMEs, Estimating, Contracts, Legal and DDs for technical analysis reviews
• Guide and coordinate contract actions with functional and project-related organizations within HFO
• Manage contract deliverables, maintain project files and support contracting meetings
• Maintain and update the work breakdown structure dictionary
• Develop change order packages and government estimates
• Support contractor invoice reviews and task order efforts
• Coordinate CPARS evaluation input at the project level with stakeholders
• Coordinate with project lead scheduler to maintain updated pre-negotiation schedules
