Job summary

AttainX Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the DOE Hanford Field Office, focusing on program management, oversight, and regulatory interfaces.

The role entails conducting oversight of design, procurement, and field construction, and coordinating with senior management on technical issues and resolutions. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience with DOE projects, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively with leadership.

Qualifications

• 25 years engineering, construction, commissioning and management experience on DOE projects.
• Extensive business experience applying analysis techniques and developing process improvements.
• 5 years of oversight experience for HFO Tank Farms Waste Transfer Project.
• Experience with DOE/TWO engineering requirements and leadership reporting.
• Ability to read and interpret DOE program and project management practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design activities, procurement, field construction and contractor programs.
• Monitor startup activities, testing procedures and non-compliance resolutions.
• Brief line management on oversight results and options.
• Assist in planning and executing organizational strategies with AMTWO.
• Produce contractor performance assessments and surveillance documentation.
• Participate in weekly coordination meetings and Integrated Project Teams.
