Succeed.Net is a hands-on, full-time Wireless Installer Technician role covering Northern California. This field position focuses on residential and business internet installations, with opportunities to support larger network projects.

Prior field installation experience in WISP, satellite, cable, or telecommunications is required, along with comfort working outdoors and at heights. The role emphasizes independent work, safety, and customer interaction as you deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in WISP, satellite, cable, telecommunications, or wireless networking installations.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working at heights, including extension ladders and steep rooftops.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and professional customer interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and read/install technical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform broadband wireless installations, repairs, upgrades, and equipment recoveries at customer sites (residential and business).
• Install, align, troubleshoot, and maintain customer premises equipment and antennas.
• Run, terminate, and test PoE cabling.
• Configure basic networking and routers/Wi-Fi for customers.
• Navigate rooftops and ladders safely to establish LoS connections.
• Install weatherproof outdoor networking enclosures and cable.
• Conduct site surveys and identify installation challenges or signal issues.
• Document installations and repairs with photos, notes, and ticket updates.
